“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to rental of “Ground handling equipment for Khanbumbat Airport”.
The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:
- Rental of motorized passenger stairs for dismemberment and embarking of passenger from and to B737 aircraft
- Rental of belt loader conveyor for loading and unloading of baggage from B737 aircraft
- Perform installation and maintenance of the equipment
The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
- Company introduction / brochure
- Company Registration certificate
- Information of previous experiences
- Information on the proposed ground handling equipment
- Special licenses, if applicable
- Introduction of qualified manpower/ key personnel (installation and maintenance) and organization chart
The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
Please submit your proposal prepared in English or Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: WS1002506398) before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 5 June 2017 or hard copies must be submitted in an envelope with the Suppliers name, tender name and number to the following address:

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.
