“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers registered in Mongolia to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to Tableau Support Service.
Successful Contractor is expected to assign Tableau expert to provide support in preparing repetitive performance reports and Tableau training for company users at required quality and in timely manner. Services will be provided remotely from Ulaanbaatar and occasional site visits may be required.
The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
- Detailed company introduction / brochure
- List of previous experience provided similar services with brief description
- Certificate provided from or agreement made with Tableau software owner
- CV of Tableau Expert
- Company ownership structure
- A copy of State Registration Certificate, VAT Certificate
The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
Please submit your proposal prepared in English or Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: WS1021348511 – Tableau– Your company name) before 5 pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 31 May 2017.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.
