Updated !! Supply of dust control reagent

“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Dust control reagent”.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Dust control reagent is given to primary crusher surge bin and transfer point between apron feeder and discharge conveyor for reducing dust generation is created from crushing process.

Dust control reagent is mixed with high pressure water and air in the foam mixers then it is distributed to the application points through piping and spiralex corrugated hose. No frozen quality is desirable.

The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:

• Supply of dust control reagent to be used at primary crusher,
• Supply of associated equipment (e.g. pumps),
• Provide technical support and associated services.

The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:

• Company introduction / brochure,
• Company Registration certificate,
• Information on dust control reagents,
• Information of previous experiences and References from clients,
• Special license,
• Introduction of qualified manpower/key personnel and organization chart, if applicable,

• Other required documents (HSE/QA policy and plan etc.).

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

Please submit your proposal prepared in English and Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: WS862564183 – Dust control reagent – Supplier name) before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 08 February 2017.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.

It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
