“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Off Highway medium sized truck spare parts” for Oyu Tolgoi operations. The requirement is for in country warehousing, and ongoing technical support for these goods.

The Company is only looking for vendors who are highly experienced in supplying truck spare parts.

The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:

  • Supply of spare parts for the trucks stated in below:

The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:

  • Copy of company registration and VAT certificates
  • Company introduction
  • Information of previous experience in relation to spare parts supply.
  • Manufacturer’s Business Certificate nominating the Supplier as an authorized distributer.
  • Financial position, copy of financial statements for last 1 year. (Revenue and expenditure breakdowns, current asset turnover, experience in financing current assets)
  • Contact details of key contact person of the company

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

Please submit your proposal prepared in English and Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: WS923714680 – Off Highway medium sized truck spare parts supply before 5pm, 03 March 2017.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.

It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
