Supply of waste management and treatment

“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Waste management and treatment”.

• Supply of the Sanitary System considers three areas making up the system: a. Pump System – Black Water: The pumping station design receiving the Lunchroom sanitary drains, considers 2 submersible type pumps (1 unit in operation and 1 standby). The capacity of the Pump Sump was designed considering ½ day autonomy; this sump will require a blower in order to avoid anaerobic decomposition. b. Sanitary Treatment Plant: The Underground Sanitary Treatment Plant design considers MBR technology with a minimum Regulation volume of 70 m3, allowing a autonomy of 1.5 days. c. Pressurizing Station: The treated water obtained from the Sanitary Treatment Plant is reused in the urinals and toilets located in the Main Lunchroom. However there is a surplus of treated water which must be sent to the Main Sump in Mine Dewatering System. In order to maintain a treated water constant feed to each the appliance located in the Main Lunchroom, the incorporation of a Hydro pneumatic Tank is required.

1. Company introduction / brochure;
2. A Copy of Company/Supplier’s Registration certificate;
3. Information of previous experiences of same service and Reference letters from its clients;
4. Special licenses from the government competent authorities, if applicable;
5. Introduction of qualified manpower/ key personnel
6. Other required supporting documents.

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work/service from a supplier or suppliers.

The Company stresses the importance of Mongolian participation in any contract(s) for this scope of work.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified /shortlisted for the further process.
