Мессеж: Hello there! I’m Tuvshinbayar. I’m studying Mining Engineering at Penn State University at the moment. Just wanted to reach out and share how excited I am, about the Oyu Tolgoii International Scholarship Programme; it’s such a chance for students from Mongolia who’re into mining fields, like me.
While going over the scholarship information I observed that the program is designed to assist students.However I’m a bit confused, about the stipulation that candidates need to have a bachelors or masters degree in a field.Could you kindly clarify if this condition is for students or, for those who have already finished their degrees?
I would really appreciate your help in explaining this requirement to me because I’m excited to know if I qualify for this program.
