“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all experienced potential insurers to submit their Request of Quotation in relation to supply of “Supply of professional support to implement the Health, Safety and Environmental legal Obligation and conduct the Environmental Audit”. More details described in the Attachment to this announcement.
The Company is requesting insurers to provide its price for the 4 service scenario and general service requirements are shown in the attachments.
The potential insurers must provide the followings:
- Company Registration certificate
- Appropriate licenses required for the implementation of this project.
- Company introduction / brochure;
- Information of previous experiences and References from clients;
- Introduction of qualified manpower/ key personnel and organization chart, if applicable;
- Quotation
The Company is only seeking Request of Quotation from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and Request for Quotation to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.
