“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “SUPPLY OF GROUND ENGAGING TOOLS (G.E.T)”. (More details described in the Attachments to this announcement).
The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:
- Supply GROUND ENGAGING TOOLS (G.E.T) for Heavy Machinery Equipment, operating in Oyu Tolgoi Mine, Copper & Gold Mine, located in South Gobi Region of Mongolia
The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
- Company introduction / brochure
- Company Registration certificate
- Company chapter
- Special licenses, if applicable
- Audited Financial Statements for 2015
- Information of previous experiences and References from clients
The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
Please submit your proposal prepared in English and/or Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn subject: WS720931782 – “SUPPLY OF GROUND ENGAGING TOOLS (G.E.T)” before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 19 July 2016 and/or hard copies must be submitted in an envelope with the Suppliers name, tender name and number to the following address:

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.
It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
