“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Request for Quotation in relation to supply of “Re-washable coverall”. (More details described in the Attachments to this announcement).
The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:
- Supply of re-washable coverall;
The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
- Company introduction / brochure
- Company Registration certificate
- Information of previous experiences and References from clients
- Special licenses, if applicable
The Company is only seeking Quotation from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
Please submit your proposal prepared in English or Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: OPTBT335 – Supply of re-washable coverall) before 1pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 01 July 2016

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting a Quotation to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.
It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
