Oyu Tolgoi LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential suppliers to submit Expression of Interest to provide Confirmation and Inspection service for the reinstallation of electromagnetic flowmeters at the production wells. The technical specification of the electromagnetic flowmeters is shown in the appendix.
The Service provider will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:
- Inspection and Confirmation of the re-installation
- Produce official document in accordance with their license
Required resource personnel are:
- Certified and experienced professionals to inspect and confirm the reinstallation
The potential service providers must submit the following documents:
- Company background information including shareholders, business development strategy (for this type of service business) and core business model
- Detailed information of previous experience and reference from prior contractors
- Certification and special permit to provide this service
- Reference from your previous contractors for this particular type of service
The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
Please submit your proposal prepared in English or Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: WS758770476– Confirmation and Inspection service for the reinstallation of electromagnetic flowmeters at production wells) before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 31 May 2016.
Only soft copy materials from the Interested Parties are acceptable.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified / shortlisted for the further process.
