“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced and certified suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Rubber sheet and rubber lining service” for Oyu Tolgoi Concentrator.
The Company is only looking for highly experienced rubber lining companies with proven track record and demonstrated ability to carry out the relining service and capable to supply following.
- Provide project specific lining procedure
- Provide all Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) and Environmental Control (EC) documentation to OT site specific standard
- Provide experienced and certified workforce for rubber lining service
The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:
Goods:
- Supply of rubber materials, 35-45 Duro and 60 to 80 Duro rubber sheets with variations from 3mm to 25mm thicknesses
- Adhesives required for rubber lining. Glue, hardener, primer etc..
Service: The On-call services will be required for Rubber Repairs, Lining and Support Services for various areas in the Concentrator Plant.
- Concentrator flotation cell rubber lining service
- All types of pipe rubber lining
- Concentrator thickener area
- Other high wear items as required
The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
- Copy of company registration and VAT certificates
- Company introduction (Company type, brief introduction, Company operation overview, brief history, warehouse location and capacity,)
- Previous experience in relation to Rubber lining service and indicated mine sites.
(If any, experiences in supplying rubber materials and service, brand, consistency of supply, what type of products are you planning to provide and where are you source them? Who are your business partners?)
- Business Certificate nominating the Supplier as an authorized distributer and quality certificate of rubber materials. Details and technical data of rubber materials and adhesives.
- Financial position, copy of financial statements for last 1 year. (Revenue and expenditure breakdowns, current asset turnover, experience in financing current assets)
- Contact details of key contact person of the company
The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
