Oyu Tolgoi LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite potential suppliers to submit Quotation for Supply of 6 Underground Specific PPE Room Attendant.

The Company is only seeking Quotation from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers. Компани нь боломжит нийлүүлэгчдээс зөвхөн Үнийн санал хүлээн авахаар зарлаж байгаа ба энэ нь нийлүүлэгчдээс ямар нэг бараа, ажил, үйлчилгээ худалдан авах амлалт, баталгаа өгч байгаа хэрэг биш юм.

UG Specific PPE Room Attendant will perform following tasks on daily basis:

  1. To check and make sure all PPE is in good condition
  2. Issue and distribute PPE to personnel
  3. Keep registry of all PPE
  4. Inspect Savox self-rescuers semi annually
  5. Make PPE reservations as needed for the shift PPE room
  6. Maintain PPE room in safe and clean condition and any other additional tasks as required

Underground PPE Room attendant will work day or night shift, work roster is 14 days in Oyu Tolgoi mine site and 7 days off in UB. UG PPE Room attendant must have following skills:

  1. Intermediate written and communication skills in English
  2. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  3. Good organizational skills and time keeping

The potential supplier must submit the following documents:

  1. Candidate CV and related work experience
  2. Language skill
  3. Certification or diploma

(subject: HNL1-C-271-Supply of Underground Specific PPE Room Attendant) before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 20 July 2016.

Only soft copy materials from the Interested Parties are acceptable.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting a Quotation to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified / shortlisted for the further process.

It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
