Supply of bit resharpening equipment and associated services for underground mining drill bits

“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Tender Proposal in relation to “Supply of Bit Resharpening equipment and associated training services forUnderground mining drill consumables”. (described in more detail in the Annexure 1 to the attachment).

The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:

• Company introduction inclusive of registration number of OT Master Supplier Database
• Information of previous experiences
• Introduction of qualified manpower/key personnel
• Product catalog/ Reference for selling product
• Proposal (in accordance with Annexure 2 to the attachment but not limited to)

The Company is only seeking Tender Proposal from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

Please submit your proposal prepared in English or Mongolian via OTUGRFxBox@ot.mn (subject: OTHNL1-008C “Supply of Bit Resharpening equipment and associated training services for Underground mining drill consumables”) before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 20 June 2016.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting a Tender Proposal to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are shortlisted for the further process.

It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
