| EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) | Used as a market study tool, EOIs help Oyu Tolgoi to understand market capability and readiness and interest from the market for potential upcoming procurement needs for goods and services. EOI responses from the market are used to further define procurement strategy. Expressions of Interests ARE NOT a Tender document. EOI’s are also used to assist in creation of bidders lists for packages, especially if suppliers are not currently known to OT. |
