Community Complaint and Feedback Management Procedure

We are always open to listen to and learn from the voices of local stakeholders. In order to further improve our channel for receiving complaints from local communities, we have launched a new email address OTCommunity@ot.mn. You can send your complaints and requests related to the company to this address.

  1. Complaints, request and feedback related to mining activities will be received from local stakeholders
  2. Other department & contractor employees who received any complaint, request and feedback from local community stakeholders may also forward us using this email address
