The opportunity
We are looking for one (1) Analyst Pipeline Delivery in Oyu Tolgoi LLC – Transformation & Business Improvement department based in Ulaanbaatar.
This role aims to support the activities within the Improvement Office Program to achieve the annual Improvement target set within the company through engaging and liaising between the key stakeholders.
What the role entails
- Assists in the development and deployment of data collection, analysis and systems that optimise data efficiency and quality.
- Assists in gathering initiative information, supports reporting cadence and maintains transformation update cycles.
- Records, monitors, updates, and closes out actions arising from meetings.
- Facilitates meetings as required.
- Supporting coordination of the pipeline building activities to meet transformation targets.
- Assists with identifying opportunities for improvement initiatives and supporting/developing effective initiative tracking systems.
- Provides input into development of online tracking and reporting tools (Momentum, Power BI, etc.);
- Develops and provides progress reports to stakeholders.
- Develops and leverages strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive business improvements.
- Delivers training and supports to key internal stakeholders in managing their initiatives in the system.
- Delivers training for improvement tools and methodologies in alignment with the improvement program rules.
- Updates training and support materials as required.
- Coordinates and delivers the team’s internal improvement activities.
- Undergraduate or equivalent or higher education obtained through degrees or diplomas from academic college or universities.
What you will need for this role
- Finance, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years’ experience in analytical or improvement roles
- Able to develop documents, presentations and communicate well in English & Mongolian.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work with people from different context and background.
