Truck Washing System

Oyu Tolgoi LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential contractors to submit Expression of Interest for Truck Washing System.

In general the Contractor would be responsible for, but not limited to the following works:

• Detailed design of the following facilities/equipment:
• Supply of equipment and materials;
• Installation and commissioning support on Site;
• Provision of engineering documents, drawings and 3D model of the systems
• Provision of operational training, procedures and manuals; and
• Provision of maintenance training, procedures and manuals.
• Drive through washing and pumping system;
• Manual washing and pumping system;
• Pressure washer machines;
• Recycled water sump pump;
• Oil skimmer;
• Wash water tank;
• Hose Reels, handles and nozzles.

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:

• Company introduction / brochure;
• A Copy of Company/Supplier’s Registration certificate;
• Information of previous experiences of same service and Reference letters from its clients;
• Special licenses from the government competent authorities;

• Other required supporting documents.

The Company stresses the importance of Mongolian participation in any contract(s) for this scope of work.

Please submit your proposal comprising as a completed copy of the attached prequalification prepared in English to otugrfxbox@ot.mn (subject: CW2106421 –EOI- “Company name” – Email x of total y) before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 11 April 2017.

Only soft copy materials from the Interested Parties are acceptable.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. The Company will contact only the candidates who are qualified / shortlisted for the further process.

It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.

Note: Jacobs Engineerin (Jacobs) has been contracted to provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services for underground development. Jacobs will manage the pre-qualification process on behalf of the Company.
