SUPPLY OF RUBBER LINING FLOTATION CELL

“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Supply of Rubber Lining Flotation cell”. (More details described in the Attachments to this announcement).

The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:

• The Supplier must perform rubber lining services including the provision of trained and experienced manpower for equipment types for consideration flotation cells at the Company’s concentrator areas. (Please refer attachment 1)

The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:

• Company introduction / brochure
• Company Registration certificate;
• Notarized copy of Company Charter;
• Notarized copies of related special licenses, VAT payer certificate, State registration certificate;
• List of completed projects in last two (2) years contained value and schedule information;
• References from previous Clients on similar type of works performed;
• Introduction of qualified key personnel and organization chart;

• HSE policy, Standards, Rules;
