“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite the experienced and capable suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of Mongolian language and culture class for OT expats and their dependents.
The potential suppliers will be required to supply following types of services:
The purpose of the project is to identify schools that will provide good quality Mongolian language and cultural lessons to the dependents of our expat employees. The selected school will also be responsible for facilitating the student visa for its students by arranging below;
- Mongolian Ethnic, Cultural and Language programs for expats in English
- Have a accredited school facility and programs
- Ability to provide Letter of Invitation, Multiple entry long term visa, Alien card
- Timely extension of Visa and Alien card
- Monthly submission of attendance sheet to OT
- Classes must be at least 12 hours per week
- Ability to provide individual training will be considered as a plus
The schools must ensure that all the visa related process is within legal boundaries. OT travel team will be acting as a main bridge between the Language school and visa applicants.
The potential suppliers shall meet following general requirements:
- To be a Mongolia registered entity.
- To have an experience of supplying similar goods and services.
- To be able to accept Oyu Tolgoi payment term (End of accumulated period (EOAP) + 45 days)
- To have technical and financial capability to support the project
The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
- Company Registration certificate
- Company introduction (including information of financial capability, facility and experience)
The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
Please submit your proposal prepared in English or Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: SUPPLY OF MONGOLIAN LANGUAGE AND CULTURAL LESSON TO OT EXPATS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS) before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 18 April 2017.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified / shortlisted for the further process.
