“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Camp and Facility Management Service at Oyu Tolgoi Mine Site”.
The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:
- Catering
- Accommodation
- Cleaning
- Facilities Management
- Recreation Service
- Wet Mess
- Barber Shop
- Supermarket
- Cinema
- Karaoke
- Laundry
- Light Maintenance
The interested potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
- Company introduction / brochure
- Head office and branch office locations
- Previous experience in Supply requested
- Total number of qualified workforce
- Organization chart
- Company Registration certificate
- Company Charter
- Special licenses, applicable to the Services
- ISO Standard & Certification
- Any other relevant documents
The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
Please submit your proposal prepared in English and Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: WS949208059 – Camp and Facility Management Service) before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 20 March 2017.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified / shortlisted for the further process.
