Supply of reline machine troubleshooting and maintenance service during mill relining

“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Reline Machine Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service During Mill Reline”.

The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:

  • Supply
    of Two (2) trained and experienced reline machine specialist to provide
    support to troubleshoot and maintain reline machine during routine SAG
    and Ball Mill Relining job.
  • This service will be required 4 times during the requested term.

The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:

  • Company introduction / brochure
  • Company Registration certificate
  • Information of previous experiences and References from clients
  • Special licenses, certificate of specialization of the proposed two personnel
  • Introduction of qualified manpower/ key personnel and organization chart
  • Other required documents (HSE/QA policy and plan etc.) as required in the Attachments.

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

Please submit your proposal prepared in English via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: WS897582208 – Reline Machine Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service During Mill Reline” before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 2nd February 2017.

The
Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is
incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not
be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an
Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified for the further process.

It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
