“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Offshore on-call based Service”.
The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:
- Supply of engineering design review service;
- Supply of engineer design drawing service;
The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
- Company introduction / brochure
- Company Registration certificate
- Information of previous experiences and References from clients
- Special licenses for engineering design,
- Introduction of qualified manpower/ key personnel (HSE officer, project manager) and organization chart

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
Please submit your proposal prepared in English and Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: WS996511686– Offshore On-call Based Engineering Service) before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 02nd May 2017
The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.
