Rental of Light Vehicles

“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to Light Vehicle Rental at OT site.

The supplier will provide two (2) of light vehicles without driver for a period of 6-12 months. During the rental period, Oyu Tolgoi LLC will be responsible for operations, technical conditions and maintenance of the mobile equipment:

• One (1) Jeep – (can be Toyota, Nissan or Ford)-
• One (1) Pick-Up Jeep- (can be Toyota, Nissan or Ford).

The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:

• Company introduction (less than 5 pages)
• Name and contact address of the personnel in charge of this services
• Photos and technical conditions of proposed vehicles
• Report on technical diagnosis and maintenance records

Note: The Company will require any potential Suppliers who will express their interest to this “Expression of Interest” to be either a registered entity in Mongolia or who will be willing to commit to establish a Mongolian registered business or appointing a Mongolian agent.

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work/service from a supplier or suppliers.

The Company stresses the importance of Mongolian participation in any contract(s) for this scope of work.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified /shortlisted for the further process.
