Fabrication and Supply of Personnel Airlock Door

“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to “Fabrication and Supply of Personnel Airlock Door”.

The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:

• Fabrication and Supply of Personnel Airlock Door. Detailed in attachments
• Product Produced in Mongolia is preferred (Semi/Full Production)
• Quality product assurance
• Supply stability
• Supplier managed stock
• Demonstrate and practice health, safety and environment procedures and standards
• Supplier introduction (less than 5 pages)
• Copy of company registration certificate including copy of company charter
• Company organization/ ownership structure information including all major shareholders and percentage of ownership
• Special licenses, where applicable
• Key client for underground ventilation steel duct (copy of references/ evidence)
• If Supplier is not manufacturer, experience of the supplying ventilation ducts or similar products (References or Evidence)
• If supplier is a manufacturer, factory information (production capacity, actual production)
• Supplier’s financial statement (last 3 years)
• Product catalog – type of products available
• HSE policy, procedure and plan
• QA/QC policy, procedure and plan
• Information for ability to provide continuous improvement
• Commitment to develop Local capability

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work/service from a supplier or suppliers.
