“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Request for Quotation in relation to supply of “AC Repair maintenance service”. (More details described in the Attachments to this announcement).
The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:
- Complete AC Repair maintenance service
- Check condition of AC
- Repair necessary damages
- Re-fill Freon if necessary
The Company is only seeking Quotation from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
Please submit your proposal prepared in Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: OPTBT337 – AC Repair maintenance service) before 2pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 1 December 2016.
If you have any related questions, please ask via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: Question: Tender number – Tender name) before 2pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 28 November 2016.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting Quotation to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified /shortlisted for the further process.
It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
