“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of Internet and Leased Line Service.

Oyu Tolgoi LLC is conducting its activities through regional offices in Mongolia and warehouse yard in China. In order to enable business continuity among it’s remotely located offices the company is looking for Telecommunications companies to provide the following ICT services:

Corporate Internet Service

  • in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

International Leased Line Service

  • between Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and Huafang, China

In Country Leased Line Service

  • between Ulaanbaatar and Oyu Tolgoi
  • between Oyu Tolgoi and Dalanzadgad

Fiber Optic Leasing Service

  • Between offices in Ulaanbaatar

The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:

  • Detailed company introduction / brochure
  • Company ownership structure
  • A copy of State Registration Certificate, VAT Certificate and Telecommunication Service Licenses (A-class and B-class)

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.

It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Supplier Database.
