“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all experienced potential insurers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to provide “Health Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance”. The Company is requesting insurers to provide its price for the 4 service scenario and general service requirements are shown in the attachments.
The potential insurers must provide the followings:
- Company introduction / brochure;
- Company Registration certificate;
- Special licenses for Health and Personal Accident Insurance;
- Information of previous experiences and References from clients;
- Introduction of qualified manpower/ key personnel and organization chart, if applicable;
- Price per employee
- Historic KPIs particularly on the Health and Personal Accident Insurance; and
The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.
