“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Spare parts of Light Mobile Equipment” for Oyu Tolgoi operations. The requirement is for in country warehousing, integrated supply chain and ongoing technical support for these goods. The Company is only looking vendors who are experienced in this field.
The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:
- Spare parts of Light Mobile Equipment (described in more detail in the Annexure EOI)
- Copy of company registration and VAT certificates
- Company introduction (Company type, brief introduction, Company operation overview, brief history, warehouse location and capacity,)
- Previous experience in relation to supply of LME spare parts.
- Business Certificate nominating the Supplier as an authorized distributer.
- Financial position, copy of financial statements for last 1 year. (Revenue and expenditure breakdowns, current asset turnover, experience in financing current assets)
- Contact details of key contact person of the company
The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
(If any, experiences in LME parts, brand, consistency of supply, what type of products are you planning to provide and where are you source them? Who are your business partners?)
The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.
