“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential suppliers to submit Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Water Auditing service”.
The Service provider will be required to carry out independent, competent and professional auditing service for Oyu Tolgoi LLC’s water use for 5 years.
General requirements:
- The Service Providers must be a valid certificate to provide independent, competent and professional Water Auditing service
- Professional and trained staff
- National registered company
The potential service providers must submit the following documents:
- Company Certificate
- Special License to operate water auditing service
- Company introduction, profile and experience
- Manpower and their CV
- Audited financial statement for last 3 years
- Contact details of main contact person who has authority to represent company for any additional enquires moving forward in tender
Please submit your proposal prepared in English or Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (Subject: WS739578290 – Water Auditing service) before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 6 May 2016.
Only soft copy materials from the Interested Parties are acceptable.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified / shortlisted for the further process.
It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
