“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply service of “Additional Monitoring Bores Drilling program in Khanbogd soum, Umnugovi”.
The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:
General Scope
- Total 15 monitoring bores drilling and installation around Gunii Hooloi and OT Mine Site
- Enable sealing of 6 identified, interconnecting (cascading) bores
- Completion of bore passports
- Mud Rotary drilling of 150, 200 and 250 mm diameter holes
- Reverse Circulation drilling of 140 / 170 mm diameter holes
- Installation of 50 mm PVC bores either as single or dual completions including gravel packing, airlift development, bentonite seal installation, cementing and bore surface works completion
- Bore development by airlift surging
- Airlift tests on all installed piezometers
- Rehabilitation of drill pads to a applicable standard
Supply of:
- Drilling rigs capable of drilling Mud Rotary holes 150, 200 and 250 mm diameter, to a depth of 350 – 400 meter
- Drilling rigs capable of drilling Reverse Circulation holes nominal 140/170 mm diameter to 10 – 150 meter depth
- Equipment for placing aquifer / aquitard seals
- Other necessary construction materials for bore drilling activities
The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
- Company introduction / brochure
- Company Registration and VAT certificate
- Special licenses for bores drilling services
- Introduction of qualified manpower / key personnel and organization chart
- Information of previous experiences and References from clients
The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
