Oyu Tolgoi LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential suppliers to submit Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Belt Change out Stations on Overland Conveyors”. (See details from attached Scope of supply)

The Service provider will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to the following works:

  • Develop engineering solution and detail design drawing
  • Prepare execution plan
  • Manufacture, construct and procure all required elements
  • Provide engineering, installation, commissioning support and associated service

The potential service providers must submit the following documents:

  • Supplier’s company introduction (brief introduction, business scale, brief history, manufacturing facility and warehouse capacity)
  • A copy of company registration certificate
  • A copy of special licenses
  • Information of previous experiences in performing similar works (provide list of client names, date, brief description of the work) and References from client
  • Introduction of manufacturer, manufacturing facility, if applicable
  • Indicative pricing with breakdown by each elements and estimated Lead time
  • Information on qualified manpower resource, introduction of key personnel
  • Product brochure and catalogue

Suppliers who have experience in executing above mentioned tasks are invited to submit the Expression of Interest documents to RFxBox@ot.mn (subject:EOI-WS707614386 Supply of Belt change out station) prior to 17.00pm (Ulaanbaatar time) on March 10th, 2016.

The Company is only seeking Expressions of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company.

It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
