“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Supply of Tailing Mine hoses”.
The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:
- To supply 18” – 36” inch diameter, overland and underflow mine hoses with longer service life to replace existing rubber lined steel spools
- Only shortlisted suppliers will be invited to visit mine site to take measurements and provide engineering drawing for approval
- Manufacture products according to approved drawing and supply to the company, provide associated technical support when necessary
The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
- Company introduction (Company type, brief introduction, business scale, brief history,warehouse location and capacity) and product brochure
- A copy of company registration certificate
- Information of previous experiences and References from client
- Special licenses, if applicable
- Introduction of manufacturer, manufacturing facility, and documents on the relationship between manufacturer and supplier, if applicable
- Introduction of qualified manpower/ key personnel and organization chart
- HSE/QA policy documents
- Contact details of key contact person of the company
The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.
