Supply of temporary concrete batch plant and associated operation

“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the “Company”) would like to invite licensed and experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Temporary Concrete Batch Plant and Associated Operation”.

The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works

  • Concrete Plant (be able to product 100m3 per hour);
  • Required Manpower and Equipment for normal operation;
  • Required Material;

The licensed and experienced suppliers must submit the following documents:

  • Brochure and Introduction material;
  • Notarized copies of related special Licenses, VAT Payer certificate and Company’s registration certificate;
  • Notarized copies of

– Annual Financial statements together with notes in last two (2) years.

  • List of completed similar projects in last two (2) years contained value and schedule information;
  • References from previous Clients on similar type of works performed;

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from licensed and experienced suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

Please submit your proposal prepared in English and/or Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: WS668384393 – Supply of Temporary Batch Plant and Associated Operation) before 5pm (Ulaanbaatar time) 07th January 2016 and/or hard copies must be submitted in an envelope with the Suppliers name, tender name and number to the following address:

The Company reserves the right to refuse any documents which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. The Company will contact only the candidates who are qualified / shortlisted for the further process.

It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
