Oyu Tolgoi LLC (Company) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Request for Quotation in relation to supply of Tools and Instruments (more details described in the Attachment to this announcement).
The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
- ATTACHMENT 1: RFQ- Scope of Supply
- ATTACHMENT 2: RFQ-Bid Acknowledgement (before November 3, 2015 )
- ATTACHMENT 3: RFQ-Form of Quotation
- ATTACHMENT 4: Confidentiality Agreement, needs to be signed
- ATTACHMENT 6: Register of Suppliers concern (if applicable)
Please submit your proposal prepared in English or Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: WS632933539 – Tools and instruments- supplier name) before 9pm, 16 November 2015. No hard copies are required.
If you have any related questions, please ask via RFxBox@ot.mn(subject: Questions WS632933539_ Tools and instrument- supplier name) before 6pm, 10 November 2015.
The Company is seeking only Quotation from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
The company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting a quotation to the Company. Oyu Tolgoi company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.
