“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Strategic Operation of Oyu Tolgoi Waste Water Treatment Plant” service.
The Service provider will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:
- Operate waste water treatment facilities at various locations to Mongolian and International Standards and Legislative requirements.
- Provide 24 hour processing of incoming waste water from the site including routine inspections and monitoring.
The potential service providers interested in participating in tender must submit the following documents:
- Expression of Interest on Company Letterhead
- Company registration certificate, any special licenses or permits related to service
- Company Brochure
- List prior experiences providing similar services and reference letters from previous customers/clients
- Personnel CV /Introduction of qualified manpower /
The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date.
