“Oyu Tolgoi LLC” (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential suppliers to submit a quotation for Tilt trailer rental service.
Scope of service:
Rental of tilt trailers:
- A medium duty (approx.10 ton axles, with single tire)
- A heavy duty (approx.20 ton axles, with double tires) tilt trailer
Rental period:
1 year from 15 July 2015 – 15 July 2016
Technical Requirements:
Suppliers can propose alternative designs, however specifications listed below will be preferred:
- hydraulic assisted tilt
- with standard lighting package
- with electric brakes
- width: 8’ (2.4 meters)
- length: 24’ to 30’ ( )
- color: yellow
- with a wooden deck
- need to have Pintle Hitches
- without any technical damage or defect
The potential service providers must submit the following documents:
- Company Brochure
- Company registration certificate
- Quotation for monthly rental service
- Specification sheet with picture of tilt trailers
- Suppliers can provide quote for purchase option if possible
The Company is only seeking quotation from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
Suppliers who have experience in executing above mentioned tasks are invited to submit a quotation to RFxBox@ot.mn prior to 17:00 on June 26, 2015.
