“Oyu Tolgoi LLC” (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential suppliers to submit Expression of Interest in relation to supply of Non-Disruptive Testing of OTR earthmover tire rim service.
The Service provider will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:
- Rim inspection for the following equipment:
- Haul Trucks – every 10,000 hours (total of 168 rims)
- Loaders- every 8,000 hours (total of 8 rims)
- Graders and Dozers- every 25,000 hours (total of 60 rims)
- 785-7 haul truck rims will be inspected over the course of this 2 year project.
- This inspection process results in the generation of a report which identifies any required repairs or if the rim/wheel is suitable for painting and return to service.
- All inspection must meet Standard- Rio Tinto C3- Section 6. Specs-AS4457.2-2008
The potential service providers must submit the following documents:
- Expression of Interest on Company Letterhead
- Company Brochure
- Company registration certificate, any special licenses or permit related to service
- List prior experience providing similar service and references.
- Personnel CV
The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
Suppliers who have experience in executing above mentioned tasks are invited to submit the Expression of Interest documents to RFxBox@ot.mn prior to 17.00 on June 22, 2015.
