Quotations are to be submitted to BTbidbox@ot.mn prior to 2pm Ulaanbaatar time, 12 June, 2015.
Note! When you send quotation, please put “TENDER NUMBER, TENDER NAME (QUOTATION)” on e-mail subject. FOR EXAMPLE: OPTBT001- TOOLS FOR PROTO (QUOTATION)
If you have any clarification or question regarding the tender, it is essential to put “(QUESTION) TENDER NUMBER, TENDER NAME” on email subject. FOR EXAMPLE: (QUESTION) OPTBT001- TOOLS FOR PROTO
If you do not meet above 2 requirements, your email will be rejected and quote will not be considered as suitable candidate for the tender.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company is only seeking quotations from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting a quotation to the Company.
