Oyu Tolgoi LLC (the “Company”) would like to invite the citizens (and/or companies owned by Khanbogd citizens) of Khanbogd soum, Umnugobi to submit a Pricing Proposal in relation to the supply service of “Copper Concentrate Transport Service” to the Company (please refer to RFP Part 1 and Part 2 in Attachment).
Detailed transportation service Scope of Work / Business Plan model introduction is placed in Khanbogd Government Office and its advised Khanbogd citizens to visit the center for detailed information.
Request for Proposal are to be submitted to RFxBox@ot.mn prior to 5 pm, 29 May, 2015 (GMT+8) and should contain the information fully requested in RFP Part 1 and Part 2 of the Attachment.

We note that the Company is seeking only Request for Proposal from potential native citizens and/or companies owned by native citizens of Khanbogd soum, and make no representation or promise in relation to procuring work. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting a Request for Proposal to the Company.
