“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Printer leasing & maintenance service and its consumables”. The Company is operating around 400 printers including both single and multifunctional and colored and black/white at the mine site and in the UB offices, and all printers are Ysoft compatible. The service scope includes the following, but not limited to:
- Outsourcing and operating our printers at the mine site and UB offices;
- Maintaining and leasing of single and multifunctional printers compatible with Ysoft; and
- Supplying and maintaining consumables such as toners and spare parts
The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
- Company introduction / brochure
- Company Registration certificate
- Information of previous experiences and References from clients
- Special licenses, if applicable
- Introduction of qualified manpower/ key personnel and organization chart, if applicable
- Other required documents including HSE/QA policy and plan etc.
The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
