“Gobi Oyu” Development Support Fund that established in accordance with Cooperation Agreement between “Oyu Tolgoi” LLC, Umnugobi aimag, and Khanbogd soum, would like to invite all potential experienced individual or organizations to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Custodial Trustee Services”. (More details described in the attachment to this announcement).
The supplier will be required to carry out all of, the following works:
- Provide advice on tax, legal and governance matters or, as appropriate, and, procure appropriate advice;
- Monitor compliance by the DSF Board with the Cooperation Agreement, the DSF’s own funding criteria and its governance requirements
- Co-authorise financial disbursements and meeting minutes;
- Assist and support the Executive Director set up and implement systems and procedures in the early years of the DSF’s operation.
The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:
- Background of the individual(s) or firm/organization
- Registration certificate if Company
- Special licenses, if applicable
- Introduction of qualified manpower/ key personnel and organization chart, if applicable
- Other required documents (HSE/QA policy and plan etc.) as required in the Attachments.
The “Gobi Oyu” Development Support Fund is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.
Please submit your proposal prepared in English or Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: “Gobi Oyu” DSF – Custodial Trustee) before 5pm, 21 September 2015 or hard copies must be submitted in an envelope with the Suppliers name with its contact number and addresses to the following address:

The “Gobi Oyu” Development Support Fund will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Gobi Oyu” Development Support Fund will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.
