Supply of a chemical tank

“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to “Supply of a Chemical Tank for storing Shotcrete Accelerator”.

The supplier will be required to supply and deliver a Chemical Tank that meets following specification requirements:

Purpose: Tank for Storing Shotcrete Accelerator.

Required capacity: 10,000 to 15,000 litres.

Material: it could be made of any type of chemical corrosion resistant material such as stainless steel, or high density polyethylene (HDPE). Please note that a tanker made by copper, aluminium or iron are not appropriate because of corrosive nature of the chemical.

Shape: can be any type but a cylinder is preferable.

Dimensions: must fit in the storage with the size of 5.5x5x5 meters (H x W x L)

Feature: -need to have a discharge outlet or hole at the base of the tank and an inlet at the top

• need to have an properly designed access hatch for tank cleaning and inspection

The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:

• Company introduction (one page) inclusive of registration number of OT Master Supplier Database
• Information of previous experiences of supplying similar products
• Product catalog and technical specifications.

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are shortlisted for the further process.
