Supply ventilation instrumentation

Oyu Tolgoi LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential suppliers to submit Quotation for supply of Ventilation instrumentation.

The Company is only seeking Quotation from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers. Attached in detail requested items and technical specification.

The potential supplier must submit the following documents:

1. Company background information including shareholders, business development strategy
2. Detailed information of previous experience within mining operation or other industrial operational area where the supplier worked on repair and rebuilding of the listed equipment or similar
3. Types of repair and rebuilding capability, and capability limits on its interested category equipment service
4. Certification and license to carry repairs, if necessary

Please submit your quotation prepared in English or Mongolian via OTUGRFXBOX@ot.mn

(subject: WS769576113-Supply Ventilation instrumentation) before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 10 June 2016.

Only soft copy materials from the Interested Parties are acceptable.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting a Quotation to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified / shortlisted for the further process.

It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
