“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Submersible sump pumps” for Underground operations. The requirement is for delivery, in country warehousing, parts supply and ongoing technical support for these goods.

The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:

  • Supply of sump pump with following capacity:
    1. 8KW, 1000V
    2. 18KW, 1000V
    3. 20W, 1000V
    4. 37KW, 1000V
    5. 90KW, 1000V

    The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:

  • Company introduction / profile:
    1. Information of previous experiences and references from clients
    2. Introduction of qualified manpower/ key personnel and organization chart/company ownership
    3. Information and catalog of the products being offered
  • Copy of below documents:
    1. Registration certificate
    2. Company charter
    3. Any certification on international standards
    4. Audited financial statement for last 3 years
  • Supply Chain proposal including plans for manufacturing in country ( if applicable)
  • Partnering / joint venture information such as your partner’s experience and qualification (if applicable)
  • Company internal QA/QC systems
  • Contact details of key contact person of the company

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

Please submit your proposal prepared in English or Mongolian via RFxBox@ot.mn (subject: CW2104698- Supply of Submersible Sump pumps) before 5pm, 2 November 2016 and/or hard copies must be submitted in an envelope with the Suppliers name, tender name and number to the following address:

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.

It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
