Supply of material handling equipment for warehouse

“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “HYSTER Forklift 28 ton”.

The supplier will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the following works:

• Supply of HYSTER Forklift H28XM-12, 28 ton capacity. Equipped with Cummins engine.
• Provide warranty to supplied equipment and after sale spare part supply option.
• Delivered to DDP OT site, covering all custom duties, VAT and taxes, required licensing and fees.
• Supplied equipment shall be compliant to OT surface equipment standard requirement.
• Company introduction / brochure.
• Copy of Company Registration certificate.
• Information of previous experiences supplying/dealing. And references from clients. if any.
• Special licenses, dealership, cooperation agreement e.t.c. in regards to this supply.
• Introduction of qualified manpower / key personnel and organization chart, if applicable

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

The Company stresses the importance of Mongolian participation in any contract(s) for this scope of work.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified/shortlisted for the further process.

It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.

Note: Jacobs Engineering Singapore Pte Ltd (Jacobs) has been contracted to provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services for underground development. Jacobs will manage the pre-qualification process on behalf of the Company.
