Supply of IT Contractor Service

“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “IT Contractor service”. The scope is provide service of IT skilled contractors as following:

1. IT Site Support Engineer – to provide computer, mobile service printer, desk phone, projector related service to end users
2. IT System Engineer – to provide support on servers, storage and backup on-premise infrastructure and Office365 cloud infrastructure
3. IT Network Engineer – to provide support on site wide and global, wired and wireless networks.
4. IT Database Administrator – to provide support on SQL Infrastructure including SSIS and SSRS development, backups, tapes

The contractors will be required to carry out all of, but not limited to, the above duties.

The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:

1. Company introduction / brochure
2. Company Registration certificate
3. Information of previous experiences and References from clients
4. Special licenses, if applicable
5. Introduction of qualified manpower/ key personnel and organization chart, if applicable
6. Other required documents (HSE/QA policy and plan etc.)

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

Please submit your proposal prepared in English or Mongolian via OTUGRFxBox@ot.mn (subject: HNL1-C-274 Supply of IT Contractor Service before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) July 28, 2016.

Only soft copy materials from the Interested Parties are acceptable.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified / shortlisted for the further process.
