Supply of integrated tool carrier

“Oyu Tolgoi” LLC (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential experienced suppliers to submit their Expression of Interest in relation to supply of “Integrated Tool Carrier”.

The supplier will be required to supply Light and Utility Vehicles on below table:

If the supplier is capable of supplying Integrated Tool Carrier that meets technical specification requirements stated in Attachment 1 – Technical Specification then suppliers must submit the following documents:

• Company introduction / brochure / financial capability info
• Company Registration certificate
• Information of previous experiences and References from clients
• Detailed technical specification of the vehicle proposing (fill out “Comply? Y/N” column of Attachment 1 – Technical Specification )
• After sale maintenance support plan
• Introduction of qualified manpower/ key personnel and organization chart, if applicable

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

Please submit your proposal prepared in English or Mongolian via OTUGRFxBox@ot.mn (subject: HNL1-M-1451 – Integrated Tool Carrier) before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) 28 October 2016.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified / shortlisted for the further process.

It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
