Provision of Material Procurement Services to OT Underground Project

“Oyu Tolgoi LLC” (the ‘Company’) would like to invite all potential suppliers to submit Expression of Interest to provide Procurement Services for including, but not limited to, below material categories:

1. Electrical supplies and consumables;
2. General hardware and engineering consumables;
3. General construction consumables;
4. General miscellaneous supplies.

The potential suppliers must submit the following documents:

1. Company introduction / brochure;
2. Company Registration certificate;
3. Information of previous experiences and references from clients;
4. Information on warehousing capacities;
5. Information on current inventory;
6. Introduction of key personnel and organization chart;
7. Other required documents including HSE/QA policies etc.

The Company is only seeking Expression of Interest from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers.

Please submit your proposal prepared in English or Mongolian via OTUGRFxBox@ot.mn (subject: HNL1-M-1329 Provision of Material Procurement Services before 5pm, (Ulaanbaatar time) August 5, 2016.

Only soft copy materials from the Interested Parties are acceptable.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any document(s) which is incomplete or submitted after the specified date. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting an Expression of Interest to the Company. “Oyu Tolgoi” company will contact only the candidates who are qualified / shortlisted for the further process.

It is required for interested parties to complete registration process at http://oyutolgoi.achillesapac.com/en/, if not registered in “Oyu Tolgoi” company’s Master Supplier Database.
