Quotation must be submitted 1) via otugrfxBox@ot.mn prior to 31 August 17:00PM, Subject: RFQ_CW2102559 [Supplier name] 2)
Request for Quotation consists of following attachments:
ATTACHMENT 1: RFQ-Scope of Supply
ATTACHMENT 2: Supplier Questions and Clarifications Form
ATTACHMENT 3: General Terms and Condition
ATTACHMENT 4: Pricing Template
ATTACHMENT 5: Register of Supplier Concern
Please be advised that the Company will consider a quotation submitted in reply to this RFQ to be an offer from Supplier to perform the Supply on the basis of that quotation.
Supplier may direct any questions and clarifications relating to the RFQ to the Company until 5.00
pm Mongolia time on 25 August. Questions and clarifications concerning this RFQ must
be provided in the Attachment 2, Supplier Questions and Clarifications Form.
The Company is only seeking quotations from potential suppliers and makes no representation or promise in relation to procuring work from a supplier or suppliers. The Company will not be responsible for any costs associated with preparing and submitting a quotation to the Company.
