Oyu Tolgoi signed a strategic cooperation agreement with national airlines including MIAT, Hunnu Air and Aero Mongolia last Friday. This agreement allows the parties to work more closely and transparently to make many improvements further. Oyu Tolgoi has partnered with local airlines to do more than 12,000 flights to the Oyu Tolgoi mine and Dalanzadgad soum, transporting about 1.1 million passengers since the opening of the Khanbumbat Airport in February 2013.
